Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order or even change your mind, this right does not apply to products specifically made for you such as the Engraved personalised Fly Boxes which are non-returnable. You should notify us in writing of your wish to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
Should you be dissatisfied with the condition of your fly box on arrival please let us know within 14 days from date of delivery.
We expect you to take the product out of its packaging to inspect it as if you were in a store making the purchase. If you use the product beyond this or, for example, throw away the packaging and return the product to us, then we reserve the right to make a small deduction from the full order value and part refund accordingly. The product needs to be in a re-saleable condition.
If you return the product unused in its original packaging, then you will receive back the original order value including a basic handling charge. You will need to pay for the cost of returning the goods to Richard Wheatley. Please package it securely and send to; Richard Wheatley Ltd, C/o Propack Ltd, 1 Deepdale Close, Stavley, Derbyshire, S43 3YF.

Returns
We take great pride in every fly box and product we make in the workshop, so if something is not to your satisfaction, let us know and we will put it right, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, please let us know within 14 days of delivery.
